Carpet Cleaning & Restoration We provide a
top of the line truck mounted, deep steam cleaning unit to extract dirt,

Flood and Water Damage Depending on the severity
of the problem, our truck has a low speed and a high-speed vacuum blower
to dry the carpet and/or floor with ease. In the case of carpet with padding,
some extra steps may be required which can be discussed. Deodorizers, sanitizers,
anti-microbial solutions, mildew treatments and carpet blowers are all used
in restoring the room back to its original form.

Scotchgard Treatment We provide 3M Scotchgard™ or
Dupont Teflon®.
Applying Scotchgard™ protectant guarantees that your carpet or upholstery
will clean up time and time again by preventing future stains from penetrating
the fibers of your carpet and upholstery.

Deodorizers and Sanitizers With a variety of
different scents to accommodate our customers, our deodorizers are mixed
and sprayed before and after cleaning. This dual treatment allows the scent
to penetrate the fibers of your carpet and upholstery and to sanitize (disinfect)
the treated areas.

Drying Time All American uses a powerful steam method
of cleaning. The normal drying time on carpets with this method is 6-8
hours. Using our top of the line, truck mounted system, the drying time
is cut to approximately 4 hours total.
